The recordings may be made available to other students attending Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses for instruction, may be used internally for quality assurance and training to improve the programs or services, or for other internal purposes; and
• It is prohibited for attendees/students to record video, audio, or by any other means share, reproduce, distribute, or transmit in any form or by any means content from Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses LLC.
• It is prohibited for attendees/students/participants to take pictures of the lecture without the approval of the instructor or Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses LLC.
• For security and quality control reasons students' names on Zoom should be the same name they used to sign up for the class. Name changes can be edited on Zoom profile settings. Students whose names on Zoom does not reflect the names used to register for the class will be left in the waiting room and/or removed from the class until the name is updated to reflect the name used to register for the review course.
• Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses LLC is not responsible for any missed class/lecture time caused by removal of a participants/attendee from the class due to not being able to verify the attendee’s name.
• Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses LLC is not responsible for any missed class time caused by joining the class late or being in the waiting room, or internet issues.
• Students are responsible for checking their emails to ensure that they have scheduled the class (or classes) and received a Zoom link to join the class (or classes).
• Active Engagement: Students are responsible for taking their own notes during lectures. Note-taking is a crucial skill that not only aids in the retention of information but also in the comprehension of the material presented.
• No Provision of Lecture Notes: Please note that Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses LLC does not provide pre-written lecture notes. The content delivered during lectures is designed to engage students in active listening and participation.
Course Access:
• Upon purchasing a package, you will be granted access to attend the live review classes included in that specific package.
• Access to the Course is limited to the scheduled dates and times of the live review sessions included in your selected package.
• After purchasing a package, please visit the step-by-step guide on scheduling courses.
Attendance Limitation:
• When you enroll in a class and/or package with us, each class included in your package is designed for a single attendance session. This means that once you've attended a class as part of your package, you cannot attend the same class again under the same enrollment. To retake the class, you will need to sign up again and pay the fees. Upon purchasing a package, you have the flexibility to schedule your classes at any time within one year from the date of purchase.
All fees paid for Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses including Georgette's PMHNP Q-bank are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and cannot be changed/forwarded to a different date.
• Refunds will not be made if a student decides to cancel a class or package or cancel their purchase of the Georgette's PMHNP Q-bank
• To students who purchase a package, a refund will not be made if they decide not to attend a class(s) in their package.
• Students are responsible for looking up the schedule online on the website prior to purchasing a package to ensure the availability of each class before signing up.
• Students are also responsible for entering an accurate email on file so that they can get information related to the classes such as receipt emails and Zoom meeting links after scheduling classes.
• Students can self-reschedule the
Last-Minute Review (LMR) class.
• If you plan on rescheduling the Last-minute reviews (LMR), plan on rescheduling the class not less than 48 hours to the class time.
• Anything less than 48 hours (any LMR rescheduled less than 48 hours), students have the option to attend the review or sign up and pay other fees to attend it at a later date and time.
• The class can be rescheduled no more than six times.
• Note: Modules 1-5 review classes cannot be rescheduled, forwarded, or changed to a different time and date.
• In the event that a class is cancelled/rescheduled, all registered clients will be notified promptly before the scheduled class date by the e-mail or phone contact entered by the student/client/registrant when signing up for the class (that is the email on file will be used to communicate). Registrants may then enroll in the next available offering of the course or cancel the registration with a 100% refund.
• The client/student/attendee/participant understands and agrees that Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses LLC and its employees and contractors shall not, in any way, be held responsible for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages and costs, which the registrant/client/student may suffer in the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled by a staff of Georgette’s PMHNP Certification Review Courses
Retaking the Live Classes
• One-Time Attendance: When you enroll in a class and/or package with us, please note that each class included in your package is designed for a single attendance session. This means that once you've attended a class as part of your package, you cannot attend the same class again under the same enrollment. 1. Access Duration:
• Upon purchasing Georgette's PMHNP Q-bank, you will be granted access for a period of three months ("Access Period").
• Your access to the question bank will be active from the date of purchase until the end of the three-month Access Period.
2. Deactivation of Account:
• At the end of the three-month Access Period, your account will be deactivated.
• You will no longer have access to the question bank unless you purchase it again.
3. Repurchase Required:
• This is not a subscription service. To regain access to the question bank after the three-month Access Period, you must repurchase the Service in its entirety.
• There is no automatic renewal or subscription model associated with this question bank.
4. Usage Rights:
